how do you do it? Mine is getting pretty big and t want to propagate it.

Look around the tree for small shoots. These cut between the shoot & mother plant & remove when you feel that the plant size is one that you  will be able to established.  Breadfruit in my farm is very invasive in this respect.
If you dont see any shoots ,dig & find roots & try nicking them to induce shoot formation.

Air layering is best for me. I've had a 100% success rate so far with 10 air layers.

That is with Ma'afla breadfruit. I have 3 large trees and 10 small air layers about 2-3 ft tall.

Maui guy is right. Breadfruit is usually propagated here from root cuttings. Any root that is nicked accidentally with lawnmower or on purpose with knife will send up a sucker. You can also cut and remove roots and pot them up, but percentage of take is low. Air layering is another way but air layers take very long time to root fully. Now the best way to mass propagate breadfruit is tissue culture.
