I only pick or buy them when their spikes become blunted

Many mangos with Indian qualities here in South Florida aren't consistent producers of quality representations of the fruit.
Thats why they recommend growing more thai style varieties here, they do better in the humid rain, they have a short season and produce bunches of fruit that ripen quickly.  Lemon meringue for example, reliable producer of consistent quality fruit that ripen early

Often times more indian type mangos ripen longer on the tree making their timing tricky.  They are susceptible to too much rain making their flavors washed out or trees that succumb to diseases from the wet season

You also need to pick and ripen them correctly depending on the variety

Its a medium large vigorous tree, they probably try to sell it as dwarf because it has a dense growth habit that can be hard pruned each year after harvest to 12 feet.  It will probably be 20 foot by next harvest.

As long as the new growth flushes look healthy its fine, just probably part of its vigorous growth cycle

Carrie is the best mango bar none.  Nothing is even remotely similar. 

If you like Haden types there's literally hundreds.  Carrie is a mango with an unmistakable attitude

Palms are actually plants and their root balls stay pretty contained.

If that surprises you, you'd be shocked to see how vigorous and what conditions a mango seed can grow in down here along the rocks and rivers and in dense forests

Lancetilla is moderate upright grower, they like to make an upright canopy but don't grow straight up like Kent or other large trees.  I have a ten year old in the yard I easily keep at 20 feet with yearlt pruning and it fills out symetrically

Fruit are football sizes and excellent quality, a typical mixed mango flavor, a little sour like thai if underperipe and a sweet  floral honey like flavor from Indian types when overripe, fiberless and juicy with alot of edible flesh per fruit. 
Nice ones make really good gifts

Also if you prune the tree, try to clear out the inside of the tree to promote airflow, this also keeps the tree clean

The seed is like buckshot, not enough flesh to be bothered with.  Birds and squirrels love them

I think I would call you out to see who would pay $35 per fruit.  And if you truly can, you should sell every fruit that can be harvested.

People who shop here

interested in picking up a single loquat tree, so it must be self pollinating. There are alot of Florida varieties that are junk imo.  Best tasting I've had so far is Oliver, but the fruit is small.  I'm looking for acid and sweet flavor and large size.  The nursery by me has a few varieties
