Marlierea - Small, subtropical or tropical tree related to the guava. Fruits are strawberry guava sized, dark purple in color, with white flesh having a mild, acidic grape or jaboticaba-like flavor. Quality is excellent. It is not known which species this fruit is. Can be container grown. Limited quantities, one pack per order please. #601

I agree 100% with those words. It smells to guava+pomelo, very nice, and flavor is excelent if properly ripe. 16º Brix
Mines are pear shaped and the seeds were from USA, 5 years ago (I cant believe it was so far in time!).

It bears profusely like a strawberry guava, but I prefer its taste.
