Hello guys, I am a young student from Spain currently starting my farm in the south of Spain (Subtropical climate). I would be grateful if someone with experience with Spanish lime could provide me with some information. I need to check the profitability of growing this tree in Spain and I mainly need three things.

Average water consumption

Average fruit production

Varieties of spanish limes (I found there are some varieties hermaphrodites so they could be better from a commercial perspective)
