I have two J-31 Jackfruit seedlings to trade for something I don't have. Both in 15 Gallon pots. (One is 7+ feet tall, the other is 8ft+) . Obviously the size of these trees will make shipping a problem.

hahahaha,

a 7-8' tall is considered a seedlings?  J-31 tree must be really tall.

Yes, they are seedling of the grafted J-31 variety. So, they aren't actually going to be exactly like their grafted parent's fruit. So, a seedling ;)
