Old ones can get as large as a mango tree.

I've kept a few Garcinia Xanthochymus for a few years.

Under my conditions, the continents grow apart faster than this one.

I've kept a few Garcinia Xanthochymus for a few years.

Under my conditions, the continents grow apart faster than this one.

HAHA, that's funny because here G. xanthochymus is one of the fastest growing of all the garcinias.

I should try again, this was before I knew Garcinias are addicted to chelated iron/micros.

Achachairu and Luc's Garcinia grow slowly but steadily for me... I also have a Brazillian Rheedia (maybe acuminata)
that responds well to the iron supplements.

It seems as if time flows at a different rate for them.

This Tree produces alot of fruit every year! I have not tasted fruit from this tree! Only from a tree that is in the Botanical Garden!

Next week, I will go to the Botanical Garden to document the exotic fruit trees  that are grown in the garden!
