This is crazy.The tree its big and is fruiting in London.
Never toght they could be this cold hardy.

Looks like a Mexican type. Mature trees can survive -5C
London hasn't had low temperatures for years. Once a very cold winter comes it will be damaged.
Impressive anyway, I wonder if fruit gets ripe.
