Can anyone help identify the problem here?
This is a friends Alphonso tree.
I’m thinking necrosis or anthracnose...some sap can be seen in one of the pictures.
Will a good copper spraying clear this up?

The black on the stems is benign.
The tree is severely deficient in Manganese and several other nutrients.
