Spongy tissue problem

What is cause of spongy tissue problem in mango? What can be done to prevent the same?

This video gives details about spongy tissue maily in Alphanso mango. Latest research about spongy tissue is included.
Start from 48:50.
Alphanso is having excellent taste.,Shelf life of 15 days, Good colour, early maturity. Hence it is most exported mango variety from India. Its main problem is spongy tissue. Farmes can not detect the affected fruit and customers feel cheated due to it. 
Does bagging eliminate spongy tissue? What are methods used in your countries to reduce spongy tissue? Please share your experiences.

Never seen that here, but it looks similar to the issue I linked to. I don't think bagging would help; that's an internal problem, not external.

This is spongy tissue. Also known as internal breakdown, jelly tissue. Occurs in Tommy atkins also.
