Hi, Mark,
See post by squam256/Alex, he sells mango bud wood from FL.
Usually people in So Cal graft mangoes in July/August when it’s hot.

Yeah, we start grafting when the nights don't drop below 60, but you have to make sure you get scion wood with visible pushing buds. A lot of my mangos are pushing buds, but it's too cold to graft here in San Diego.
