Title: Favorite sprouts/microgreens?

I'm looking to get into growing microgreens, starting with sunflower seeds (black oil & regular) & broccoli seeds, in 10X20 trays with soil.  What are your favorite sprouts/microgreens to eat?

Sunflowers are by far my favorite as they are nice and nutty also with a nice texture:)
