Any ideas on the best stage to eat sprouted coconut for maximum sweetness? When the sprout first shows? When it’s 6 inches? 12 inches? Etc

These professionals make it look like 4-12 inches. I enjoy their channel and hope they make a little money with 220,000 subscribers.

Looks good. I wonder if it’s a function of time or sprout height? Looks like maybe time alone, as long as it’s sprouted. 4 months they say. I’m going to experiment. Today’s was good, but not very sweet.

I like when it begins to form and it about the size of a ping pong ball. Very yummy.

got 20 just showwing a root or leaf sticking out? I dont need more trees. Is that a good time? Usually I have eaten spoits where leaves have come out already, at that time the sprouted coconut has about filled the entire shell, watery, flowery, not too sweet in my opinion.

Yeah. Crack one open and see how it is.

I’ve tried this a few times. I either don’t have the timing right or just don’t like them this way. Reminded me of the texture of ice cream beans and the taste wasn’t impressive either.
