Harvested another 20lbs of sweet potatoes on Friday the 25. It’s funny, I thought sweet potatoes only do well when it’s hot outside but not the varieties I seemed to harvest this time of year compared to the other 20lbs of sweet potatoes grown during the hotter part of the year. The Omani Pink produced the most, & I also produced some pumpkin yams, Jersey Yellow, a Myanmar Purple, & a nice bit of Molokai purple.
