Today i blended:
about 1.33 cups of coconut cream (Aroy-D brand in a tetrapak box - bought in asian grocery)
1/4 cup frozen pulp of well-ripened pawpaw
one small frozen banana
one chunk of crystallized ginger
It was the most amazing thing ever. the combo of caramelly pawpaw and ginger was off the chain
just wanted to tell someone

Whats the taste like? I dont think coconut cream is a nice taste for me...

Can’t really say. Didn’t taste like anything else. But it was amazing.
Yes, coconut cream by itself or in excess can taste bitter or metallic sometimes. Not sure If it’s just due to the processing.
