Hi guys, I have a question. What is the shelf life of most tropical fruits for possible postage? For example, I want to get Jackfruit, the package to Russia is on the way for 14-16 days, will it rot during this time or will it be suitable for eating? Which tropical fruits have the longest shelf life?

It seems to me that this is not a completely fair statement. The parcel arrived to me 18 days after being shipped from the USA. All seeds are in good condition. I think you yourself made a mistake by not paying for express delivery.

Hi guys. Thanks to everyone for participating in this discussion, I took a lot of useful information for myself and now I want to conduct an experiment. I have jackfruit and chempedak seedlings, they are the same in age and height, and I decided to swap their tops in places, maybe this is a stupid idea, but I am interested in the process of inoculation and survival. I will keep you updated on this experiment.
ps: I can't remember who asked me about the cost of jackfruit in Russia. The average price per kilogram of fruit is $ 15, for durian you will have to pay $ 20 per kilogram. Regards!

What about rooting cuttings? how complicated is this process? I saw a post on the forum that someone has taken root in the water. And how are things with durian? Is it as difficult or are there no such problems as with jackfruit? And is it possible to make dwarf plants from jackfruit and durian?

Guys from the forum have already sent me some cuttings, if they are well packed, then after two weeks on the road, they were well preserved. In any case, I'm willing to take the risk.

Hi guys. I want to negotiate with someone next spring about buying cuttings. I am interested in different Annona, Artocarpus, Durio, Carambola, Sapota and much more. This should be sent to Russia, I take all the risks on myself and in case of confiscation of the parcel by customs, I will not make claims against you. Today in Russia these are very popular plant species, mostly people grow them in their greenhouses from seeds, because it is very difficult to find cuttings. I am ready to buy good volumes, if someone wants to do business, write to me in pm. Regards!  8)

This year, Cuatomate (solanum glaucescens) bloomed profusely again and there are no fruits again. I'm going to put it in a pot and put it in the house for the winter. I have two plants growing, does anyone know if he needs cross-pollination or is one plant enough?

The greenhouse is constantly being treated from pests. We have a lot of whitefly, spider mite, shield, and if preventive treatments are not carried out, they destroy plants.

The temperature in the cold season is maintained within + 15°C, but there are force majeure and the temperature drops to +5°C for a short time.
