I dont do seeds since they are no guarantee to germinate, and will be different from mother plant so they could be their own hybrid which in return could turn out to be worse

I have sent to Germany and Spain before so should for greece, Shipping would go off weight and that is estimated by how many
this is based off 1KG sent to you and was Estimated shipping $52.30USD

Sugar Dragon should be more available in spring/summer if weather is nice since it is up to mother nature on how fast they grow, since again i am a hobby grower and sell cuttings on cheap side to keep my hobby growing
