Yes. It probably is. I have seen a lot of variability in Jak seedlings. If that came up in a pot you put a JF seed you can be pretty sure. Also JF seeds are huge and distinctive so you would not confuse it with most other seeds.

Then it could be a lot of things. Sorry I can not be more helpful. If you want to be sure JF seeds are easy to start.

It looks like a ficus type to me too. Jack's don't have such glossy leaves ,also the veining/ the closed veining type somewhat reminds me of the leaves of psidium cattleyanum , apparently it's not this thought....

You can see it has these little extra things in on the new growth

Yes it is hard to say. I would say if you provide a picture of the whole tree maybe people can be more sure about it
