3 cambucás, 1.30m tall, what to do now?
« on: December 21, 2021, 08:19:30 AM »
What would be the best treatment for these newly arrived cambucás? I can give them rainwater, iron, some fertilizer ... They spent 7 days in the darkness of a box and now they will be in the shade for several weeks.

Summer is just beginning here and the sun is very strong. I am surprised that the substrate of the pots is so compacted, hard, and even so the plants look very healthy, strong: they must have a lot of fertilizer ...

The question is... with 1.30 meters high, when they get used to the sun I should give them: half shade, morning sun, or full sun already? Plinias here usually don't do well in full sun.

Wha do you think?

They are a easy tree. Just treat like you would most rare jaboticaba, shade for a few days then morning sun.
