Based on those leaves it looks quite similar to an avocado tree. Is the new growth on the tree green? Couldn't tell you what variety though. i dont think its avocado , those leaves are oposite, while avocado has them alternating.

No, it is not Bael. Bael has Orange like seeds.

The leaves are different from the bael fruit I know. Also the branches should have thorns.
