Fukushu kumquat tree grafted to flying dragon 8-28-2020 is setting a lot of flower buds.
My seedling Flying dragon has flowers too.

Thanks. The rooftop is the only place I get more than 5 hours of sun. I get close to 12 hours

How old is the Flying Dragon?
How do you prevent your plants from being blown off the roof? I am thinking of putting some on my roof but am afraid they will be blown off or blown over.

I have a guard rail around the roof however the tree shown was flipped the other day in 70MPH winds.
