Lost all green sapotes except 2 in the shade under trees, and 2 outside that are now growing out. They are about 3-4 ft tall. One in greenhouse (unheated, low was 30 degrees) is fine, about 6 ft tall. Cherimoyas, none lost, some minor branch damage, jaboticabas had no damage, never has. Worst was avocados as we lowered water controller for winter rains while we spent 4 months in Mexico. No rain. Severe damage, loss of large limbs, avos coming back, will be using a chain saw. 50 variety collection of small avos is fine as they were on different controller. Drought plus freeze, plus 105 degree temps a week or so ago has challenged some plants. In actuality, not much lost or damaged that a good rainy season won't fix. I expected worse reading news while in Mexico.
