Is this a fruit tree?

Friend bought a property and I came over to ID the trees. I first thought this was citrus, then black sapote, then annona, then I saw the fruit and I backed off and said IDK.
Any help? thanks.

Thanks. One of my guesses was Black Sapote. So thanks for the guess.
I google imaged the flowers and it does look like it.

I looks like Nispero to me. I think they also call it Sapote in South America and Jamaicans call it nasberry(?). I have a small tree and the leaves look alike
