Hi
I'm in LA and attached is a pic of my dwarf strawberry which grows ok but the leaves are curled?? Is it ok or need some treatment

I’m no expert but that looks like a very sick plant. It looks like it has papaya leaf curl virus. Unfortunately that virus is untreatable and you’ll have to burn your plant and the soil it’s in so it won’t affect neighboring plants. If it’s not a virus, it might be environmental or maybe another pathogen like nematodes. Anyways, if I were to salvage it, I would repot it, clip all the affected leaves, give it some strong indirect sun for a couple days, water mildly. This is what I did when my TR Hovey had minor leaf curling like that
I also had these pesky insect eggs that would sap my papaya when hatched. Despite all this minor damage, it kept growing and thickening up. Unfortunately yours looks like it’s seen better days…

Not normal looking plant could be some kind of fungus!
