Tropical Fruit Discussion / Help ID - Cherimoya variety

I have an older cherimoya tree (15+yrs) that gives a few fruits a year, I plan to top work this tree but I wanted to check with anyone here about the variety. I don't remember what variety it was, a friend gave the small plant to me. When it sets fruit, they get pretty large ( 1 lb) and tastes sweet. The tree is large (8" trunk diameter) and get over 18 ft if I don't trim the branches each year to 10 ft.
Here's some photos of my tree and the large leaves it has. If anyone can tell the variety from the leaves then please let me know. I don't have any fruit photos of this tree.

Just curious if anyone that is growing Xie Shan has a few photos of their fruits. They may not be ripe yet but I would still like to compare the shape/skin of the green fruits if you can take a photo and post it.
My grafted tree/branches will have some ripe fruits this year and I wanted to know if the Xie Shan fruits grow in clusters like a grape. My fruits seem to be all bunched up and I had to thin out some fruits. All of my grafted branches seem to have the fruits close together and needs to be thinned out.

I will have some Brewster lychee cuttings and seeds available this week. My tree had about 35 lbs of fruit this year.
The cuttings will be from fruiting branches (they all fruited, see photos).

Did anyone who has grown the "White Flesh Green Sapote (Pouteria Viridis) seeds" from Raul have luck getting them to grow yet?
I got 2 out of 8 seeds to grow now, just barely starting to show small stem coming up. My other seeds may not have made it, 2 may have not been good, 2 rotted, and 2 still closed shell and did not open.

Sangue E Latte mulberry.
It has a neat looking pink/purple color when the fruit is ripe. Here's a comparison with Black Pakistan, Australian Green, Thai Dwarf, and Tice.
I did a quick taste comparison and here's how I would rate them in order of best tasting to not so good:
1. Australian Green
2. Sangue E Latte
3. Black Pakistan
4. Tice
5. Thai Dwarf
It has a neat looking pink/purple color when the fruit is ripe. Here's a comparison with Black Pakistan, Australian Green, Thai Dwarf, and Tice.
I did a quick taste comparison and here's how I would rate them in order of best tasting to not so good:
1. Australian Green
2. Sangue E Latte
3. Black Pakistan
4. Tice
5. Thai Dwarf

Just curious if anyone else has a loquat tree which grows fruits with only 1 seed. This is not quite a seedless loquat but for me it's probably the closest thing I will get naturally grown.
I have a seedling tree that fruited first time this year where all the fruits had only 1 seed. I didn't notice at first and thought the fruits were on the small side. Then when I realized the fruits only had 1 seed, I thought this might be a neat tree to keep around and see how it does next year. Since I have so many seedling trees that fruit, sometimes I forget to check for unique fruits like this.
I'll post some photos later.

My large seedling tree had a nice branch with a lot of ripe fruits but it must have been to heavy since this one branch (2" dia) broke from the main trunk. I was not planning to see any more of this KT4 but due to this unfortunate event (for me), but good for you, I will make this scion and seeds for sale one last time.
The KT4-Teardrop is one of my top 4 (taste) loquat. Here's what is being sold:

Does anyone grow Peluche ?
If you do, and have some photos of your fruit I would like to see it and if you can measure and weigh the big ones, it would be interesting to see who is growing the largest ones.
From all of the loquats I'm growing (mostly grafted on multi-grafted tree) it seems that the Peluche is the largest of them all. If anyone knows of any other loquats that are larger then please post it here.
My grafted Peluche (purchased from John (Socal10b), originally sourced from Adam (FlyingFoxFruits) is a few years old now and it finally has about a dozen fruits. They are the largest fruits in my collection. Once all of my loquat varieties ripen this season I will put a list of the best tasting (my opinion of course) after I make a taste test comparision. It will be grouped in two categories, the orange flesh and white flesh.
