Yes its true, you can search about germinating llama seeds.  If you try it now without luck, you will remember this conversation and try again in 9 months with better luck.

what about Soncoya?

Excellent seller!

you should let your seeds dry and sit for 9 months before trying to germinate.  i know others will say thats not the case, but trust me at least save some and do that.

Can't this 1 fruit tree be an Rollinia or cherimoya?& 2 fruit tree be an atemoya??
Because Ilama fruit is extremely rare in Sri Lanka, there are Rollinias, cherimoyas, atemoyas, sugar apples, soursops&Wild sweetsops

I’d say 2 is not cherimoya. They seem to have more ridges. I don’t have much experience with Ilama but if that’s what it is I’ll buy a scion haha
:D

Tropical Fruit Discussion / Re: jabticaba variety?
« on: April 25, 2021, 11:28:01 PM »
No botanic Sherlock Holmes on the planet could identify it from that pic. On the right the jab could be sabara, coronata or even red hybrid but without a look at the tree, new growth or something tangible its air swings. The trunk on the right with the flower panicle and single larger fruit with damage doesn't look like its even a myrtaceae.
:D ;D

Looking for ID??

Looks like guava fruit, flowers, and flower pods, but I've never seen guava leaves like that. Curious to see what this is.
:) I thought it was feijoa
