If you have questions about an order you made it really helps to give some full information about it. I get PM's all the time with only your first name, no order number, no date when order was made, nothing about what was ordered. For example, "Hi my name is John, i made an order a few weeks ago, can you tell me the status?" In my case all orders are filed by last name, so this makes it really impossible to trace your order. Many companies use order numbers for filing. So if you want to save a lot of back and forth for yourself, and also for the company you are dealing with, please give complete information. Please realize also that i'm dealing with lots of customers so can't remember all the specifics about your specific order, needs, or your past inquiries. So it's also good, if you can, to include any past threads about your inquiries.
