There aren't... Artocarpus is an old World genus. The listings are just of specimens of breadfruit trees found growing in the countries in the right-hand column. Batocarpus, Brosimum, etc. ARE Latin American genera, but I haven't seen any species in those groups that produce a fruit anywhere near as good a a jack or cempedak, although some are reputedly edible.       

Although, if the ploidy numbers are compatible, wide crosses between Artocarpus and Batocarpus, Brosimum etc. would probably produce very interesting results.

If only I still lived in the tropics...
