1kg of licuri kernals (processed finely or pounded with a mortal and pestal), mix the processed kernals with a bit of water.
put the mixture in a cheese cloth, press the liquid out! Pour the liquid in a pot, add sugar and milk. mix continously until obtaining
a thick caramel! butter a baking tin, pour it and let it to cool down completly!!!! Sirve in cubes!
