You might want to include your location in this kind of request, since flowering times can vary a lot with local climate. The same cultivars flower at different times in FL vs CA, or northern CA vs southern CA.

I've never heard of anyone growing Zutano in South Florida.

I would imagine Monroe.  My immature tree is only sending out new leaves, no blossoms this year.

I am shocked the immature tree that I have is flowering it is grafted, but I’ve only had it a couple months and it’s at most a year old. Going to cut off any fruit it tries to set, but it’s very encouraging that it’s flowering now. I put a can of sardines(in water) under it and put some lava rocks on top for the cat not to be able to dig them out. They seem to be doing their job. The plant burst with growth and flowers! Thanks!

I have a Simmonds less than a year old and less than 3 ft, and it has blossoms now.  So yeah, that type of thing is encouraging.

It's generally described as the most richly flavored Florida avocado.

It's pretty creamy and rich.

I'm not great at discerning cado taste, kind of subtle to me. But definitely can tell when eating a nice one. I've really like ON. Tree has started to produce finally, definitely a keeper. Just hope the squirrels will share.

Naw keep tree smallish and net all the fruit as it starts to mature, I have a huge mango tree gonna get on a ladder and net everything I can reach got little net bags on amazon. LOL don’t know if it’ll work but if it saves 10 mangos it did its job!

The net bags work, but it's time consuming for sure.  I used them last year for orange sherbet because the fruit stays on the tree so long it becomes very attractive to squirrels.  I double bagged the fruit.  Last year I had only a few, though.
