Fresh seeds of Pacouria guianensis, called Uwakasi locally.
Climbing liana, the big fruits are up to 15 cm in diameter.
The abundant golden pulp is delightful, taste like a mix of cupuaçu, durian and yellow passion fruit.
Very strong and persistent captivating smell, like durian but without the repulsive side (for those who consider it as such).
Icredible fruit IMO.
Price is 12 euros each seed.









Platonia Insignis - Bacuri
Fruits are large, the whitish pulp is perfectly sweet/acidic balanced, fine and delicious.
Bacuri fruit is highly prized in the Amazon bassin.
Price is 5 euros each seed.

Any chance the Pacouria guianensis has some cold tolerance?  It is tiring moving ultra tropicals indoors for the winter
