Happy 4th of July!

I went to Fruitscapes this morning and picked up 7 mango varieties, most if not all are new to me, to celebrate Independence Day. Fireworks and mangoes are on dinner menu.

From left to right, top to bottom: Tara Lay, Fairchild, Sia Siam, Young, Kathy, Sweet Tart, Ice cream.
