Buddha's Hand citrus fruit, anyone else growing this one?
I'm not sure what use there is, maybe ornamental. If you grow this fruit, please mention how you use the fruit.
-symbol of happiness and long life, good fortune.
I grafted a few branches with the Buddha's Hand and got my first fruit this year. Here's some photos of the only fruit. If you have fruits, please post some photos of your Buddha's Hand.

The zest is rather like a Meyer (and it’s mostly zest…). It candies really nicely. You can use the entire thing.

Another voice for candying the whole thing. Nice floral flavour and decent texture.
Personally, I want to cross a hand-form citron with a finger lime and call it a finger hand.

I thought of that too, but worried in case only one of the fingers pointed up...and gave me the finger.

Kevin already made a cross of red finger lime and key lime, he calls it the "Middle Finger Lime".
