Fungal Growth on Avocado Grafts?

I’m noticing strange growth on some of my avocado grafts.  These grafts were done in January 2022 and I used parafilm only. The rootstocks are in 1 gallon containers and kept in mostly shade.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any idea on what to do?  One of my grafts got massacred by this fungus or whatever it is, and it’s clearly a failed graft.  Pics are below. Sorry if this has already been discussed on another thread.

What I see it that white material. That is not fungus, those a sugars released by the tree in the process if healing. When you get graft die back is very clear. Gets black on top and starts going down and If you don't cut it quickly will take the rootstock as well.

my grafts have that too, its normal. it doesnt kill the graft.

sometimes you see the white stuff on wounded bark on avocados too.  its the sap healing the wound.
