I tried to root them a few times but failed. Let me know if you succeed so I can try it your way :D

I don't have M4 tree so I can't say much. Hopefully some one can help you with this. so you planted this for a year? I dont know if it related but does it happen to have kink root when you planted it?

Like this. I'm not sure if you can see but the root curved and flat at the bottom of the pot. Some time it could take a while for the root to establish. I cut it off so it could grow straight down instead of going spiral

I want to ask about most cold sensitive vs most cold hardy mango varieties.
I submitted your question.  I hope you don't mind.  You can elaborate if you want.  The chat is already open.
Thanks John. I appreciate it. :D

Rain, you should multi-graft onto any decent size avocado tree that has many branches. I only have one large seedling avocado tree I grew from seed (Hawaii, yellow fruit) and I have 16 different varieties on it. Now I'm adding more of the Seedless Krueger and Randi, also some Wilson Seedless, Seedless "S!S" (Lara Farms) and a few more I just purchased.
16 varieties! you're sparking my imagination here. Year round avocado in 1 tree lol.

Happy Valentine!

reading everyone comment of what potting soil to use. So i'm not suppose to plant it straight to the ground?
No...it needs to be in a pot to be in a protected area so it doesn't get desiccated while recovering.
Needs a shady place with high humidity.
ah, Thank you Jabo. I'll prepare my pots and shaded area now

Gone for just a few weeks over the holidays and come home to this shit…

3.5 year old trees scheduled for top working this Spring, wasted.  Gophers are learning how to get around the wire baskets or just mow right through the tap roots. Clever girl.
Dang, what the heck. I didnt know it could cost this kind of damage.

Finally, some results!
After 8-9 months of trying to germinate Mexican Custard Apple, I tried Rain's method, and got success within 3 weeks.

Thank you, Rain!

To anybody reading this, try Rain's method for germinating annonas, it worked really well. Trim the seeds with a nail clipper, soak them overnight, and let them germinate in a paper towel in a plastic bag on top of a heat mat. It works really well.

I've got another reticulata going, and a bunch of soursops I started today. I am about to start some atemoya this way.

Again, thank you Rain!

I'm glad to hear good result. Congrats on germination! :D

Hopefully the skin isn't bitter
Having edible skin would be awesome. This one look more meaty too.

Nice review of the Krueger, thank you. I saw the entire video Rain, good taste comparison with Hass and SlimCado.

I agree with you about the Krueger, I like it, tastes like a Hass/Reed to me.
I never have reed so that closet thing i could think of was pastitsio lol. Your hass must taste very good. The hass that I get from the store are not even close to Krueger

Here's my review comparing it to Hass and Slimcado.

I love it so much. I think it taste like Pistachio!

I received my order. I got way more than what I ordered. Very generous!! Thank you!

Unfortunately the tag didn't wrap well and tangled up. I tried my best to source them apart. Let me know if this look about right.
