How much Physan PSPTA20 and water do you use for the mix to be sprayed onto the seeds and newly-sprouted seeds? It says 1.5 tsp/gal on the description. May it harm the newly-sprouted seeds? Is it toxic to humans?

I always use seed starting trays, lights and heat mats.
Most tropical seeds are going to want warm soil, so definitely go with heat mats! They are designed to not cook the seeds, so work indoors or in a greenhouse.
As far as light, I would go with about 12-15 hours of light, just put the lights on a timer.
All species are different, but most tropical seeds are similar - don't plant them too deep, keep them warm and put a light on them.
Most (but not all!) seeds need light and warmth to germinate. Not that you are growing these, but for example, brassicas like broccoli seeds want cool soil temps and darkness to germinate. Tomato seeds want light, and can tolerate up to 100 degree soil temps.
Just make sure it doesn't get too humid and you start growing mold, etc. I like to spray my seedlings and the soil with Consan or Physan (brand names), diluted according to the label, to prevent damping off.

Julian at Lara Farms https://larafarmsmiami.com/ sells grafted Poamoho and Whitman. I’m aware of only three green sapote cultivars in the US. Makawao being the third. I’ve eaten those three and some seedlings. Not much selection has been done in the US and there’s not much range in quality. They are all good. All the seedlings I’ve had have been good. I rate Poamoho as slightly better than the rest. Seedlings haven’t taken much longer to come into bearing than grafted trees. Any other cultivars available in the US?How is the taste? Is it really much better than mamey sapote?
I'm growing this one, purchased as a seedling plant.
I planted orange pulp guava seeds from seed hunter in the fall of 2021 and have a healthy guava tree now. I haven't got fruit from it yet but if it turns out like the picture they had up Ill be happy!
Thank you. Just to confirm, I should measure the temp inside the dome and adjust the thermostat accordingly. if I set the thermostat to 77 F, it will not necessarily make it 77 degree?
How long do you keep your grow lights on? 12 hours a day or longer?..

77F air temperature in the humidity tray is ideal for most.
