I bought seeds here https://toughcitrus.com/seeds. Probably not as fast as rooting cuttings but it is cheaper if you want more than one or two.

Nice! Seeds are easier.  I keep one C22 tree growing just to collect cuttings for rootstock.

Few Seeds from the following better Poncirus-like varieties available:

Bajusz (Possibly a Poncirus-Citrus hybrid. discovered in Hungary)
Till + (A Poncirus variety discovered by a citrus friend with the same name)
Seedling of Alan Bishop  (A variety selected from same citrus friend)
HRS 899 O/Q (Seedling of HRS899  Poncirus x Changsha Mandarin - proved to be hardy minimum -20°C, fruit jucie w/o Poncirus taste,slightly sweet)
Flyin Dragon standard
