Looks sabara to me. Almost all nursery jaboticaba are sabara, at least here in CA.

Received seeds yesterday, very well packed. The seeds are very healthy and some were already germinating.

My Soncoya took 6 months in a pot. No treatment.
8) It's been a month since I planted the seeds. Then it will be a while..

Someone posted about their seeds not sprouting recently.  I tried to dig up the thread but couldnt find it.  Anyway I saw this on faceborg today.  It basically says the seeds take 6-9 months to form an embryo and fresh seeds are hollow.

Yes its true, you can search about germinating llama seeds.  If you try it now without luck, you will remember this conversation and try again in 9 months with better luck.


what about Soncoya?

you should let your seeds dry and sit for 9 months before trying to germinate.  i know others will say thats not the case, but trust me at least save some and do that.
