Tropical Fruit Discussion / Jabuticaba soil mixes used
« on: November 03, 2022, 08:42:09 AM »
I'm curious about experiences of others using different mixes for Jabuticaba, I have a number of them growing in ProMix HP right now, and they're doing fine but I was curious if there's other favorite mixes that people have. I was thinking about buying 27 or 55 cu.ft. of FoxFarm and trying it as a mix. I know some growers really like using peat exclusively (I worry about it mucking out with our humidity and rainfall).

Tropical Fruit Buy, Sell & Trade / WTB Gumbolimbo/Bursera simaruba seeds
« on: October 19, 2022, 08:26:42 PM »
Hi all, I don't know if this falls into tropical fruit, although it's a tree that fruits and it's tropical.

I would love to purchase fresh seeds for this tree, I have a tree and could grow from cutting but I'd prefer to try from seed.

Non-fresh seed, so far, 250 planted 0 germinated.

Thanks!

Tropical Fruit Buy, Sell & Trade / Some auctions ending Sunday
« on: October 13, 2022, 07:28:02 PM »
Good evening everyone! I made a few posts previously about Dragon Fruit varieties and then had to exit the forum, due to the birth of two kiddos, full time work, and hurricanes.

I have created an Ebay store, so that I don't leave anyone hanging, shipping is straightforward, and so is payment. When our kids came, I was not nearly as organized as I should have been with my postings, and for that I am sorry if I left anyone hanging. For certain my listings aren't perfect but if anyone has any interest, I will be listing large cuttings every Sunday on the bay, and anyone that has a special request can reach out on here or on the Bay as I have approximately 70 varieties now and I'm still actively bringing in new ones.

Thank you!

Hi guys, the following cuttings are available immediately for shipping in the USA. Prices next to them are per cutting, if you want to do five at a time shipping is approximately $17 USPS Priority.

I will have more cuttings, this is kind of the first round and I'm super busy in general right now but wanted to get some posted since it's been quite awhile.

I created a new thread since I couldn't edit prior posts or anything. I've attached a list of the total varieties that I own, so that if someone has a question or interest in reserving something please let me know as I can accommodate a lot more orders in the future as I'm going through everything. If you want to get a group and bundle or make a different offer just send me a message.

Hi everyone! I'm new to posting on the forums, I've been trying to grow a number of different annonas with limited luck. I have Annona glabra seeds planted, Annona reticulata, Annona senegalensis, Annona squamosa, Annona spinescens, Annona neoinsignis.

I've had a terrible time getting germination on a number of seeds I've ordered. I'm new to collecting but not new to growing, I think, often times; I'm getting crispy seeds.

Essentially I'm looking for seeds/plants of just about any tasty Uvaria/Annona species besides Annona glabra(I have a ton of glabra planted)
