I used about 50 of the plastic ones last year. This year they're all falling apart, and there's often moss/algae growing on the sides of the rootball. Would not recommend. Trying some of the fabric ones this year, seem fine so far. They dry out quicker than pots.

Fabric ones are ok. I used them a lot a year ago. They're better for plants that you're gonna throw out annually like tomatoes or whatever. They are not a great solution for long term use and will fall apart in the sun pretty quickly (if you move them anyways). I have some big jabos and stuff in them and wish they were in plastic now.

I have a good experience with them, but there are different qualities. The ones I have last 4-5 years and what I like about them that they get airpockets and roots don't get round bound.
