Rob As far as a microclimate goes, living on the south side of lake apopka seems to have benefited greatly over the years. I definitely should take some pics and do a yard update!

just bought a brogdon avocado and looking to add one more variety to my collection. narrowed it down to haas or oro negro. live in central florida. any thoughts on these 2 varieties?

great info thank you! not a big fan of irwin so hopefully doesnt taste like it. i have a st maui mango which is another hawaii variety. cant wait to try that one. i hear it has a slight guava flavor aftertaste.
