Looking to buy a Grimal Jaboticaba plant and/or seeds
« on: May 16, 2020, 02:29:05 PM »
Hello,
My family is slowly working on a food forest and also looking for rare fruits. We have two varieties of the jaboticaba and would like to collect one more, a Grimal. Does anyone have a Grimal variety Jaboticaba plant and/or seeds for sale?

We live in Sunrise FL so our local pickup range is limited to South FL. However,  willing to pay for shipping if anyone can send it to me.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Check with forum member Adam at Flying Fox Fruits. That's where I
bought mine.

Same here, they grow super slow so make sure you get decent size and as old as you can afford it to be.

I’ve found Grimal to be one of the fastest growing in my jabo collection. Worth collecting for sure.

That's getting tougher - Adam has recently had ungrafted 1 gallon plants going for $100 and grafted, smaller plants for $175 in recent eBay trades. Everything garden is going up due to increased demand during the lockdown. Everyone is a gardener now. If anyone has some product to unload, now is a good time apparently!
