Jackfruit issue

Dear all,
I planted a jackfruit this year and it has really been growing well.

The last few weeks I have noticed yellowing and stunting of new growth.

Does anyone have advice on what might be causing it?

If it helps it has been very hot (36-40C) the last month or so. The plant is on drip irrigation 30ltrs a week.

Can you post the whole tree, it's likely a deficiency but with our climates these days, it can also be just stress.

What really helped me some time ago to learn to determine whether it's deficiency or a disease was that deficiencies usually have a pattern, while diseases have random shape spots. This doesn't look like a deficiency.

I have attached some more photos.

I really hope it was the crazy temps and humidity, and that the new growth is healthy. Otherwise it might be a root issue or a pathogen.

Other folks can correct me, but that looks like a mites infestation.
