Sometimes I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest.
They seem excellent.
Happy Frog seem good.
They are very friable a year later.
I add sand and pumice to them.
I don’t keep tract of which mix in which pot so I don’t know long term issues.

My fruit trees stay in same pots for years without problem.
I haven’t tried 5-1-1.
