Go down to Cody's Cove. There are a number of great Nurseries in Tampa are too. I'm in a trip here and went to a bunch and got a bunch.

Taro, Malanga/Yautia, and Belembe are good options for shaded areas.

Veggi's; Longevity spinach, Okinawan spinach, katuk, sisso spinach, some hibiscus will tolerate part shade.
Roots; arrow root, canna, ginger and turmeric.
