do you ever get any capulin cherries (prunus salicifolia)?

They should do well on reds.
Unfortunately it is sold already.

I’m curious why you guys use a medium of peat and perlite. What are the roots supposed to feed off of?  We use our potting medium that has clay, sand, manure and coir. No issues and the roots develop in a medium more similar to where the trees will be eventually planted.

Will these graft to Red Hybrid?  If so I'll take them.    Never tried grafting Jabos and we only have Reds available to graft too.

I always hear that Garcinias benefit from it because they have long fragile taproots and not many lateral branches.  These are the only plants I keep in tall pots, everything else I try to go wider than tall.

I have 3 very large mature plants grown from seed acquired from Miguel in Portugal.
The fruit is very juicy and quite sweet with a nice balance of sweet and tart. Delicious!
I haven't been so fortunate to try any others.

Why do you think they are taking forever to fruit?
