anyone has issue buying this grafting tape from amazon? It says it can not ship to my location(CA). Why?

Amazon won’t ship to me.
If I buy 12 rolls of 1/2” Amazon would ship.
Both from same seller.

Amazon put “not ship to your location” in a different location than the other item.

Buy it on Ebay, same seller is on there.

I have had a payment to eBay refunded because of the shipping restriction. One solution seems to be to find a seller who ships from California.

I bought a roll from Amazon last year.
One item could not be shipped to CA.
Another same item with a higher price shipped fine.
