Taste of acidless orange Vainiglia Sanguigno vs. Vainiglia/Sucari/Succory

Millet, no I don't spray anything on my trees, they only get water and sometimes fertilizer once a year.  My trees are in ground and do not need much help.

Here's a few more photos, first one is the Vainiglia Sanguigno next to a Navel orange.
My fruit does not show any blood orange color inside.

Here's a few photos of my Cara Cara orange.
This fruit does show some pink shade of color in the flesh.

Millet:
The pink coloration in Cara Cara is due to the antioxidant lycopene.  lycopene coloration is not affected by temperature.

Oh, I didn't know that about the Cara Cara fruit, thanks for this info. I did read somewhere that lycopene has some anti-cancer property.
