Hi
Hope that you are young. If this is a seedling it can take up to 28 years to bear fruit ! I have one airlayerd that in the first year blooms . But take 4 to produce and is inconsistent.

Hi
I highly recommend Julian Lara. He is a good friend. A bit crazy. He have over 50 avocado varieties. (The only requirement to be a colectionist is to be some what crazy, because this is sickness without cure )

.Another example. Is easier to get vegetative material from monstera deliciosa. Seeds take too long. Ironically for decades my grandmother prohibited me to taste it.She says is poison !

all you said is true. But some sellers ask to much for very common seeds. Pulasan seeds for example. In PR  You can get 10 fruits for 4 bucks. Seller's ask 5 USD for 1 seed + shipping.

Hi guys. Puerto Rico is an archipelago. Truly tropical with some microclimate. Our avocados are among the
best. Range from watery to high oil content . Oscar I remember you. Years ago I met you in Rincón.

question. What are you going to do? Open a case in paypal against the seller, like 3 forum members did to
to me?8

Hi Mangosteen could be grafted in any garcinia. The approach grafting is preferred. But if you don't get vertical growth branches the tree will growth laterally. The best way is getting a 2-3 year old seedling. Mangosteen have very delicate roots and not tolerate hard handling. not to mention that it will need sun protection for the first years

is true. Dominican Republic harvest it all year round. The semil 34, 43, 22,24,26 etc.The same way. Don Jeño Toro  (Rip) gave the Puerto Rico developed varieties to them. Ironically they have by far bigger production.

true ,Nishikawa,Malama, are better than hass, I have them . But I have much better avocados in my PRIVATE COLLECTION. 32% oil content. I have some hass varieties and various semils, with proper care they fruit
well. In more dry zone like Cabo Rojo, Santa Isabel and Lajas Puerto Rico this avocados have limited Comercial production. Our market is for more watery avocados. You can see big avocado trees in metropolitan area in very tight spaces. Really sorry due
to 3 vicious claims in paypal I'am not making business.
