Do you get multiple crops per year of the rainforest plum? How does it compare to jaboticaba in taste?

No, only produces in summer. Taste is not similar to Jabuticaba, 100% not acidic,  when in the perfect point... a perfect fruit!

This same tribal tattoo, I worked in Porto Real, Estado do Rio de Janeiro, we had eight giant genipapo trees, we removed kilos of fruit, we made pastries, juice and liquor.
I remember staying up with the blue teeth!
I'm cultivating new trees, growth is a little slow, but it is a tree amazing.
And the carbon steel knife to cut the fruit turns blue !.
