This seller have repetedly sent me rotten and dead seeds. The last time i bought from this seller all the seeds where rooten and obviously very old. They had white mould on them in the packet and it was visable that the embry was rooten.

I ordered twice from him. My non-palm seeds (Syzygium, Mucuna, Amorphophallus) were good in terms of germination rate and overall quality. All palm seeds, however, were bogus. Germination was always bad and wrong ID as well. The phytosanitary certificate of the second order was fake, which IMO should be good enough a reason not to trade with him.

I have had good experience with Exoteninsel. Not the cheapest but never problems.
